Join Councilman Richard Starr as he hosts his 2nd annual Ward 5 Festival Resource Fair & Parade!

The parade kicks off at 3:00 pm in the rear parking lot of Jane Addams High School and will end at the Friendly Inn Settlement, the site of the Resource Fair. Click here to view the parade route. The Resource Fair will run from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm and will include bookbag distribution, free haircuts and braiding for youth, free food, live entertainment, carnival rides and activities, and a DJ competition.
