Utility Assistance Resource Fair

TIME: 9 am - noon

LOCATION: Friendly Inn Settlement House, 2386 Unwin Rd. 

For assistance with various utility bills, please bring photocopies of all of the documents listed below. (A copy machine will be available on site if you bring originals)

WHAT TO BRING:

• Proof of household’s total gross income (e.g. paystub, social security, disability, pension letter, or most recently filed IRS 1040)

• Birth certificate(s)

• ID (driver’s license or state ID)

• Supplemental Medical Insurance

• Social Security Card

• Electric Bill

• Gas Bill

• Water and Sewer Bills (if applicable)

• Lease Agreement (if a renter)

• HEAP or PIPP Application must be completed

 * HEAP or PIPP funding for RENTERS will not be available until after July 1, 2022

• Bring COPIES of the above documentation for all members of your household
