Ribbon Cutting of the Creative Garden & Celebration of New Artwork
Oct 21, 2025
Councilwoman Rebecca Maurer and the Art House invites the public to a milestone celebration, the official ribbon cutting of the Creative Garden and the unveiling of a new public art piece.
The Tableau of Art in Action by Brinsley Tyrrell — a dynamic new piece that marks the next chapter in the Art House campus vision - will be revealed.
The Creative Garden, made possible through the generosity of our donors and the support of the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District and the Cuyahoga County Land Bank, transforms the outdoor space into a welcoming and sustainable community gathering place. It provides an opportunity for education on the idea of environmental stewardship while creating a safer and more beautiful entrance to the Art House campus.
This garden represents the power of collaboration between artists, residents, and civic partners working together to grow creativity and environmental stewardship in our neighborhood.
Celebrate this exciting step forward for public art, creative education, and neighborhood revitalization. The program will include remarks, the ribbon-cutting ceremony, and opportunities to meet the artist and community members who helped bring this vision to life.
Light refreshments will be served
