The Davis Housing Ribbon Cutting

Cleveland (Nov. 10, 2023) – Join Councilman Kevin Conwell, the NRP Group and others for the grand opening of the new The Davis housing at 11:30 am Monday (11/13). 

 The Davis, another anchor to the growing E. 105^th corridor, is at 10527 Orville Ave and is named after the former Harry E. Davis School where it was constructed. There are 52 market rate one- to three-bedroom pet-friendly apartments available. 

Councilman Kevin Conwell believes The Davis is going to benefit older residents in the area who may be looking to downsize and for residents who work or go to school in University Circle. There is a playground, as well as a fitness and a business center on site. The apartment homes and townhomes will be affordable to residents at or below 60 percent of area median income.

The $12 million project was a collaboration with the City of Cleveland, the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, and University Hospitals to develop a 2,500-square-foot Community Outreach Center, which will focus on health education and workforce training.
