Join Councilman Joe Jones for a day full of fun for all ages celebrating the African-American Culture and heritage with food (trucks too), art & dance. Hula Hooping, free art classes for youth. Bring you lawn chair or blankets, there is plenty of green space and free parking. Free book bags & supplies for youth. Starts at noon.
