The University Circle City Center Project is an exciting, pedestrian friendly three-city block development project near the intersections of Stokes and Chester, centered on the former Cleveland Police Third District site.
The project will contain 150,000 square feet of street level retail, restaurants, cultural and community space that will generate new choices for neighborhood workers and residents. The public spaces will be a new amenity for all neighborhood residents.
The project will also improve traffic and intersections to create better, more walkable connections to University Circle and improve access to the nearby parks and the beautiful green spaces around the Wade Lagoon.
The project will include a brand-new, state-of-the-art Martin Luther King Jr. library branch that will include public meeting space, with easy access for pedestrians and those coming via public transit.
In addition to the retail and public amenities, the development will add 12 townhouses, over 700 apartments and almost 1,700 parking spaces and 12,000 square feet of loft style office space to the neighborhood.
