Councilwoman Stephanie Howse secured an overwhelming victory in the Ward 7 primary contest held yesterday, finishing as the front runner with 860 votes. She and T.J. Dow, who received 224 votes, will face off in a general election to take place on November 18, 2008.
Councilwoman Howse was unanimously appointed as CouncilRepresentative to the Hough community to fill the vacancy created by the loss of long-serving Councilwoman Fannie M. Lewis.
