| Councilman Conwell sponsors Fatherhood Support Group |

Councilman Kevin Conwell has recently reinstated his well-regarded Fathers Group, a free support group open to all fathers, which meets the first Wednesday of every month from 6 to 8 pm in the Cleveland City Hall Rotunda, 601 Lakeside Avenue.
Councilman Conwell, National Father of the Year in 2001, is a strong advocate of programs and activities that encourage strong families. The free support group offers peer support, anger management, job placement services, career development, a chance at community involvement and other opportunities.
"Support for fatherhood and parenting is essential to the future growth and stability of our communities," said Councilman Conwell. "Not only do families benefit from strong, responsible fatherhood, but the entire community is spiritually and economically uplifted when parents are capable and empowered." |
