WHAT: Grand Opening Ceremony of the Cleveland Job Corps Center

WHEN: Thursday, November 29, 2007 at 2 pm

WHERE: The Cleveland Job Corps Center, 13421 Coit Road

WHY: “The Job Corps Center is a major asset to this community because the center serves as a job training mega that prepares our youth for the future,” said Councilman Coats.  “The Job Corps facility represents a dream that has materialized in our community.  Instead of investing in a detention facility, we have invested in the future of our community.

We now have a first class, state-of-the-art facility that not only houses and trains our youth, but also prepares them to be our community and, perhaps, world leaders.
