Due to high demand, the speech given by Councilman Joe Santiago, Ward 14, on the floor of Council during Cleveland City Council’s Special Meeting held on November 1, 2007, Councilman Santiago’s speech is now available at www.clevelandcitycouncil.org.
The Special Meeting of Cleveland City Council was held to accept a recall petition certified sufficient by the Clerk of Council and to fix the date for the recall election as December 18, 2007. A recall election will submit to the voters the question of recalling Councilman Santiago. |
