Hearing to review the report and recommendations of the City of Cleveland Department of Public Utilities on provisions of the Federal Energy Policy Act of 2005 regarding interconnection, net metering and smart metering. Cleveland Public Power (CPP) Commissioner Ivan Henderson will debrief the committee on CPP's plans to implement various energy efficiency initiatives. The Cleveland Foundation and concerned citizens will also testify. |
