“The presence of vicious and dangerous dogs in the Cleveland community creates a nuisance and a health hazard,” said Ward 17 Councilman Matt Zone, who has led the effort to re-examine the ways in which Cleveland deals with the problem of vicious dogs. “The recommendations to be made at committee include a more comprehensive approach to dealing with such dogs and suggest improvements to the City’s current law.”
