A ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Ridgeway Plaza, a conversion of the former Carousel Lanes.
The tenants of the plaza include Family Dollar, Xtreme Clothing & Sneakers, Ocean Dental and Brightside Academy (Early Childcare and Education).
