Sabra Pierce Scott is a native Clevelander and a lifelong resident of Glenville. She is a graduate of Laurel School and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1982.

Upon graduation from Case Western Reserve University, she began setting the foundation for her future work as a Cleveland City Councilwoman. A goal she would accomplish in November 2001.
