Ward 3

Councilman Zack Reed is honored to have been given the responsibility to serve the Ward 3 community since his installation in December of 2000.  His Ward includes the Mt. Pleasant and Kinsman neighborhoods.

Councilman Reed has made the revitalization of the Mt. Pleasant community his top priority.  He believes, first and foremost, that the community must be considered a safe and inviting place to live, work, raise a family and worship.  He continually works with the Fourth District Police to decrease crime in the area and has funded additional policing to increase surveillance and discourage crime....more
