The City of Cleveland Council Committee on Public Utilities will hold a public hearing to consider whether Cleveland Public Power should adopt standards for interconnection, smart metering, and net metering, as set forth in amendments to the Federal Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act (Sections 1251, 1252, and 1254 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005).
The hearing will be held as a workshop on April 18, 2007, at the Cleveland Convention Center, Room 211 (500 Lakeside Avenue), from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. For more information, please contact Sue Norton of Cleveland Public Power at (216) 664-3922 ext. 162. |
