The Public Parks, Recreation & Properties Committee is responsible for Cleveland's Department of Parks, Recreation and Properties, as well as all matters pertaining to public parks, places, buildings, playgrounds and beaches and public recreation. In addition, it handles the sale and purchase of all city-owned properties not referred to the Community and Economic Development Committee.
